Guy is a Managing Partner at Bram & Co. Law Offices, and heads the firm’s Corporate Department.
He has many years of experience in the business world, having served as a founder, partner, and manager of companies in the financing and leasing sector, during which he was involved in capital raising, mergers, acquisitions, and complex transactions.
At the firm, Guy is engaged in ongoing legal counsel and advice to companies regarding corporate law, as well as in capital raising transactions, founders’ agreements, and commercial agreements. Guy takes part in litigation proceedings managed by the firm in the courts, as well as in mediation and arbitration proceedings in complex, multi-party cases, and more.
Guy holds an LLB (Law Degree) with honors, an MBA (Master of Business Administration) specializing in Finance and Capital Markets, and has been a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 2017.
